Overome srl owns and has the copyrights to this site, which has been licensed to Overome USA, Inc. You will not copy, reproduce, republish, post, transmit, distribute, or sell any of the information found on our site. Trademarks and logos on this site are the trademarks of Overome srl and its licensee. Access to the information on this website is unlimited and complimentary to Overome’s customers or prospective customers.

PAYMENTS

Overome USA, Inc. accepts payments by credit card and PayPal. There is no charge or service fee for processing credit cards or PayPal payments. Full payment is required to make a reservation and will be listed as OVEROME USA on the credit card and PayPal statement.

All payments are to be made in U.S. Dollars.

 

CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

All requests to change your reservation must be sent by e-mail to info@overome.com at least three days (72 hours) prior to your confirmed tour date/time. If a change request is submitted at least three days (72 hours) in advance, and if there is availability on the new date or time selected, then there is no penalty for changing your reservation.

For any request to change your reservation that is submitted less than three days (72 hours) from your confirmed tour date/time, a reservation change fee of $12.00 per ticket will apply.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

All requests for cancellations must be sent by e-mail to info@overome.com. No refund will be provided in the event that the request for cancellation is sent less than three days (72 hours) before the scheduled tour date and time.

If a request for cancellation is sent at least three days (72 hours) before the scheduled tour date and time, any payment will be fully refunded, except that: (1) admission tickets or admission reservations that have already been purchased for the client will not be refunded; and (2) a cancellation fee, in the amount of 5% of the total charge, will not be refunded.

Overome USA, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify or replace any tour you booked at overome.com, at any time and for any reason. If this occurs and you are not satisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price.

 

DELIVERY METHOD / VOUCHERS

After purchasing a tour at Overome.com, you will receive a prepaid voucher by email. The voucher contains your confirmation number, as well as specific information about the service you have requested, including the date and time of the selected tour, the tour’s meeting point, and the tour’s conclusion point. You should carefully check your voucher upon receipt. The voucher must be shown to Overome’s tour guide prior to the start of the tour.

If you do not receive the voucher, you must contact Overome at info@overome.com at least one full business day before the tour starts, so that the necessary information can be resent. Failure to do so, and resulting lack of a voucher to show to the guide, may result in your denied access to the tour. In this event, no refunds will be provided.

 

DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Overome srl and Overome USA, Inc., their agents, representatives, and contractors are not liable and will not provide refunds for any events which are caused as a result of acts of God or Governments, war hostilities, acts of terrorism, political unrest, riots, civil strife, labor dispute, strike, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, theft, epidemics, medical or customs regulations, technical or administrative problems with transport, closure of airports, breakdown of machinery, adverse weather conditions, water shortages or any other occurrences beyond their immediate control and which, despite all due care being taken, could not have been avoided.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

In case of force majeure, Overome USA, Inc. reserves the right (but makes no guarantees) to offer substitute services that it judges may be an adequate replacement for the originally scheduled service. If no substitute is available, or the substitutes offered are not accepted, no refunds will be given.

 

WITHDRAWAL OR AMENDMENT

Overome reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to amend or withdraw these Terms and Conditions and/or to prevent user access to this website.

 

APPLICABLE LAWS AND LEGAL FORUM

These Terms and Conditions have been prepared and should be interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any controversy deriving from or related to the validity, interpretation, application, implementation and/or termination of these Terms and Conditions or access to services by overome.com will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State or Federal Courts of New York, United States.
